The Microdosing XP packs are vacuum packed per 3 portions. The vacuum line is in the middle of the 3 by 3 portions. So use first one of the 3 portions, and then the other 3 portions.

Protocol Pure Cacao stack

For the Pure Cacao stack the Microdosing Institute Protocol is a perfect protocol to microdose with. So you take your stack every other day. 

Microdose Day 1:

• 10 grams of Cacao flakes, mixed with 100ml of hot water foamed up)
• 0,5 to 1 gram Microdosing XP truffle
• 2x Power 5 Blend capsules (Food sporen) 

Transition Day 2:

• Rest (or 2x Power 5 Blend Capsules)

Microdosing Day 3:

• 10 grams of Cacao flakes, mixed with 100ml of hot water foamed up)
• 0.5 to 1 gram Microdosing XP truffle
• 2x Power 5 Blend capsules (Food trace) 

Transition Day 4:

• Rest (or 2x Power 5 Blend Capsules )

Continue this protocol for 1 month. Then rest for 2 to 4 weeks.

Note: Side effects of raw cacao

Raw cacao is not suitable for everyone. Some people experience digestive problems such as stomach pain, nausea and constipation. If you have irritable bowel syndrome (PDS), an elevated blood sugar level or diabetes, it is wise to consult your specialist before use. Do the same if you suffer from gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, migraine or an anxiety or heart rhythm disorder.

Scientists confirm that raw cocoa has a positive effect on the heart and blood vessels. Studies have shown that antioxidants alone do nothing for the body. Raw cocoa contains, besides antioxidants, numerous other good nutrients. This combination therefore has a positive effect.
