1. General information
Microdosing.shop is part of Microdose NL B.V. and operates under Dutch law. We exclusively sell products that are legal in the Netherlands, including magic truffles, grow kits and research chemicals. All products are offered and shipped from the Netherlands, in accordance with Dutch and European regulations.
Laws and regulations regarding psychoactive substances and research chemicals differ per country and may change frequently. It is the sole and full responsibility of the customer to verify, prior to placing any order, whether the ordered products are legal in their country of residence. Microdosing.shop cannot monitor the legislation of all countries in the world and is not responsible for the interpretation or enforcement of foreign laws. By placing an order, the customer explicitly acknowledges this.
2. Customer responsibility for import and use
By placing an order with Microdosing.shop, the customer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:
- The customer is fully responsible for the legality of the ordered products in their country of residence and destination, including any restrictions on import, possession and use.
- The import of products from the Netherlands to the customer’s country is solely the customer’s responsibility. Microdosing.shop is not liable for customs decisions, seizures, delays or legal consequences arising from the import of the products.
- The customer accepts all risks associated with purchasing, importing, possessing and using the products, including but not limited to legal, health and safety risks.
- The customer indemnifies Microdosing.shop, its owners, employees and affiliates from all claims, legal proceedings, damages or losses arising from the purchase, import, use or misuse of the products.
- The customer will not take legal action or file claims against Microdosing.shop, its website, company or employees in connection with the purchase or use of the products.
3. Medical disclaimer and liability for health complaints
Microdosing.shop is not a medical company and does not provide medical advice. Our products are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of diseases or conditions.
In the event of medical or psychological complaints, or at the first symptoms of depression, anxiety or other health problems, you should always consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider.
The health effects of microdosing are still subject to scientific research. Health complaints or reactions that do not appear in published scientific research or known experience reports could not reasonably have been foreseen by Microdosing.shop, and therefore cannot be attributed to Microdosing.shop.
The customer is solely responsible for:
- Checking any contraindications with medication, pre-existing medical conditions or other personal health factors prior to use.
- The correct storage of products in accordance with the provided instructions. Incorrect storage may adversely affect the quality and safety of the product.
- Using the products in accordance with the provided usage instructions.
Microdosing.shop is not liable for health complaints or injuries resulting from incorrect use, incorrect storage, use in combination with medication or other substances, or pre-existing medical conditions.
4. Product legality
Magic truffles
The sale of fresh magic truffles (sclerotia) is legally permitted in the Netherlands. Truffles are not covered by the Dutch Opium Act and are not a regulated substance. This was confirmed by the Dutch Minister of Health in parliament on 9 February 2009.
In various countries, including Germany, Belgium and other EU member states, psilocybin and/or magic truffles are prohibited. Import, possession and use in these countries constitutes an illegal act for which the customer is solely and fully responsible and liable. Microdosing.shop cannot be held liable in any way for this.
Research chemicals
Microdosing.shop sells research chemicals including 1cP-LSD, 1V-LSD and 4-HO-MET (Methylcybin). These substances are currently not prohibited in the Netherlands and are legally offered for research purposes. However, legislation regarding research chemicals varies significantly per country and can change rapidly.
Research chemicals are intended solely for laboratory research and analytical purposes and are not approved for human consumption. By ordering research chemicals, the customer confirms:
- That they are aware of and comply with the applicable laws and regulations in their country.
- That the products are purchased solely for legal purposes.
- That Microdosing.shop is not liable for any use, possession or import in violation of local legislation.
Microdosing.shop reserves the right to refuse orders if misuse or illegal intent is suspected.
5. Customs and shipping
Microdosing.shop ships in accordance with Dutch and European trade legislation. Once an order has been dispatched, Microdosing.shop is no longer responsible for delivery or the legal status of the package in the country of destination.
In the event of seizure, delay or destruction by customs, Microdosing.shop is not liable for refunds, replacements or compensation. Microdosing.shop does not provide assistance with customs disputes or legal proceedings abroad.
6. Age restriction and intended use
Our products are sold exclusively to persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order, the customer confirms they are of legal age and have read and understood the product information and usage instructions.
7. Governing law
All agreements between Microdosing.shop and the customer are governed exclusively by Dutch law. The competent Dutch court has exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
8. Acceptance of terms
By using our website and placing an order, the customer confirms having read, understood and accepted this disclaimer and terms and conditions.
