Which truffles should I choose for microdosing?

All strains of magic truffles can be used for microdosing. Microdose.nl has chosen to offer only the two most potent magic truffles for microdosing. The Hollandia and Atlantis strains have proven to be the best choice for microdosing and contain the largest amount of natural psilocybin. 

Dosage: how many truffles for microdosing?

The average dose of fresh magic truffles for microdosing is between 0.3 grams to 2 grams. Note: The difference between fresh truffles and dried truffles is about 70%. So 1 gram of fresh truffle equals 0,3 grams of dried magic truffles.

For a large dose with strong psychedelic effects (sometimes referred to as a macrodose) , users typically consume 10 to 15 grams of fresh Psilocybe Atlantis truffles.

How much psilocybin do these truffles contain?

The strength of fresh magic truffles per gram is between 0,85mg and 2,5mg. This depends on the type (strain) of truffles. Psiloybe Atlantis is one of the most potent strains.

How long do Psilocybe Atlantis truffles work?

The immediate effect of magic truffles is about 5 to 7 hours. However, one typically experiences an afterglow of 2 to 6 weeks for a high dose. After a microdose one often experiences a mini afterglow of two days. This is the reason why it is recommended keep at least 1 day between each microdose.
